To help contracting authorities and bidders better understand how to use the Dynamic purchasing system on the Public procurement portal, the Public procurement office organized a webinar on December 5 and 6.
The dynamic purchasing system is an electronic mechanism for conducting public procurement that allows bidders to update or improve their bids while adhering to the prescribed technical specifications. This feature provides a more competitive position for contracting authorities, enabling them to secure the best possible offers. Its flexibility also lies in its ability to accommodate new requirements within an existing procurement framework, allowing quick and efficient procurement without starting a new process.
During the webinar, participants explored the practical steps involved in using the system. Topics included preparation of dynamic purchasing systems, preparation of e-catalogue, publishing public procurement notices, submitting applications, participating in individual procurements, opening of tenders, and managing applications throughout the procurement process.
As with previous webinars organized by the Public Procurement Office, this event attracted a large number of participants. Managers and independent advisers from the Office provided valuable and practical insights, ensuring participants are well-prepared to use the Dynamic purchasing system effectively and efficiently.
This webinar was supported by the project " "EU for Public Finance Management in Serbia", funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP, in partnership with the Center for Excellence in Finance (CEF) and the Ministry of Finance of Slovakia.
